RX Medical currently has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist. This position will help with the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of all human resource functions, with focus on recruitment and training to ensure a qualified talent pool of applicants to meet business needs and continual development of employees. We take pride in our work and believe in cultivating a work environment that supports and values our greatest asset: our talented employees.

 What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the recruitment cycle to include screening for suitability, administration of pre-employment testing, in-person interviews, job offers, orientation and on-boarding.
  • Supports the Human Resources function and back up for HR team members, including benefits administration, personnel records, payroll, and other essential duties.
  • Serve as point of contract for employee policies and procedures training, corporate ethics, and complete performance evaluation processes.
  • Contributes to building and maintaining career opportunity workflow.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and participate in team development activities.
  • Assist in developing training schedules and assess progress to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and compliance.
  • Performs various HR related tasks to be assigned.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 1- 3 years’ experience working in an employee relation and/or HR role.
  • Prefer bachelor’s degree and/or SHRM/PHR certification.
  • Familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • Understands and able to navigate federal, state, and local employment regulations, labor regulations and leave of absence.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and relationship management.
  • Possess a knack for written communication and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic with an ability to solve employee issues while balancing business needs.
  • Must maintain utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Understands and able to navigate federal, state, and local employment regulations, labor regulations and leave of absence.
  • Posses a ‘no task is too large or too small – they’re all important’ mindset.
